Welcome Dr. Whitney Christian to Life Cycle Direct Primary Care!

We are so happy to welcome Dr. Whitney Christian to the Life Cycle Direct Primary Care family! Starting January 14, 2025, Dr. Christian will see patients at our Bethel Road office. She brings years of experience, kindness, and a focus on helping each patient feel their best.

Studies also show that outcomes improve, especially for patients managing chronic illnesses, when they have a doctor who understands their unique needs and experiences. At Life Cycle DPC, we are proud to make this kind of care possible by having two Black female doctors leading our practice.

Dr. Christian and our founder, Dr. Chelsea Mooreland, share a special connection. They met while attending The Ohio State University College of Medicine, and both are proud boy moms. Together, they are helping to reshape primary care by creating a space where every patient feels seen, heard, and valued.

Personalized, Caring Primary Care

Dr. Christian is a board-certified family doctor with a passion for building strong relationships with her patients. She graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 2014 and finished her residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in 2017. For years, she worked in the traditional insurance-based healthcare system. While she loved helping her patients, she often felt rushed by short visits and strict schedules.

Now, Dr. Christian is excited to join the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model at Life Cycle DPC. Here, patients and doctors work as a team to improve health. Dr. Christian takes time to listen to each patient’s story, understand their needs, and make a plan that works just for them. She helps with managing chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure, as well as focusing on prevention and wellness. Dr. Christian also provides care for patients who need PrEP, offering judgment-free support to help prevent HIV.

A Doctor Who Understands Life’s Challenges

Dr. Christian’s sons are ages 3 and 9, so she knows how hard it can be to juggle work, family, and health. Joining Life Cycle DPC gives her more balance so she can be there for her family while still following her passion for helping patients. She understands what many families go through, which helps her connect with her patients even more.
